- end to end authentication, dual passwords required for login
- retains OS-level access controls already in place on PC
- multiple failed log-in attempts will result in lock-out

It is unsafe to leave any
trace of your remote session, especially in an
unfriendly environment such as a public Internet café,
where the next person using your kiosk could be a smart
hacker. Therefore, leaving no trace of the remote
session is the safest way, and as a responsible vendor,
we do not compromise our users' security. I'm InTouch
remote access service ensures that there is no
trace of the remote desktop viewer on the client PC upon
termination of the remote control session.
