Winner of I'm InTouch User Story Contest:

Matt Wilkinson wrote to tell us how he uses I'm InTouch:

"I watch a lot of TV. Way more than I should. Because I can't be in my living room as much as I'd like, I download programs I record on my ReplayTV DVRs to my PC. Then I put them on my Portable Media Player. How does I'm InTouch factor into all of this? My DVRs record programs in a variable bit rate MPEG-2 format that isn't compatible my portable media player. I need to use a media conversion program to convert them to another format, such as Windows Media Video (WMV). Unfortunately, the conversion process is very slow. So I log into my I'm InTouch equipped home PC from my office during the day, and download and convert the shows I want. By the time I

get home, they are ready to load to my portable media player, which only takes a few moments over USB 2.0. Then I can watch my shows any time, any place!

Thanks I'm InTouch!"

Congratulations to Matt,
he wins three months of FREE I'm InTouch service!
