Q. I added a new user in I'm InTouch but this user cannot use the mouse or keyboard when remotely accessing my computer. How do I fix this?

A. When you create new users in I'm InTouch, by default they are not provided with keyboard and mouse control. To fix this, from your host computer:

1. Double-click the green I'm InTouch satellite icon in your system tray.
2. Click User Information from the left navigation panel and change the Current User drop down to the desired user.
3. Click the Access Rights button and ensure Allow mouse and keyboard input is checked and click OK.
4. Repeat for any other users you wish to provide mouse and keyboard control to.
