With I'm InTouch Premium, a central administrator can manage all the company's computers with remote access privileges from a single, secure webpage. The administrator can:

Add & Remove Users
Purchase the exact number of I'm InTouch user licenses you require. Need more? Additional user licenses can be added through 01 Communique's billing system that are instantly available for use. Once purchased, the administrator can use the automated Email system to send the installation instructions to the desired users. If a license is no longer needed, the administrator can also cancel it from the billing system.

Q. I've forgotten my password for I'm InTouch, how can I recover it?

A. If you have forgotten your password and are receiving an invalid login name or password error message from the login page, click the Forgot your password link next to the Login button as shown below.

From the next page, enter the Login Name for the account you wish to retrieve the password for and click Send. Your account information will be emailed to the email address specified in the User Information tab of I'm InTouch.

Note: In order to retrieve your password, you must set an Email client from the Client Programs tab in the I'm InTouch Configuration program. This is because your passwords are only stored on your computer. We also recommend that the email address entered in the User Information tab in the I'm InTouch configuration program is an email account that you can access from anywhere, since this is where your recovered password will be sent to.
