Two ways to transfer files:

Did you know there are two methods of transferring files with I'm InTouch? They are:

Open a remote control session, and click on the "Options" button on the toolbar. Select File transfer, and from the interface, simply choose while folder or file you would like to transfer!

From the main login page, select "Access my files" in the drop down menu. You will then see your remote files in a web interface, and can view/transfer them.

Similarly, you can also check your email within a remote control session using your Outlook/Outlook Express, or directly, using the My Outlook interface.

Using I'm InTouch for hard disk recovery:

I'm InTouch came in very useful when I was using a Hard Drive Data Recovery program.

The data retrieval was taking several hours and would run past my normal working hours. I knew that I would need to respond (with mouse clicks) to the program's next steps in the retrieval process. The program indicated how much time it needed to complete certain steps in the retrieval process. So knowing the time the program needed a response, that evening at home I logged on to my work PC with I'm InTouch and continued the retrieval process.

I'm happy to say the Data was saved and with I'm In Touch the process saved me time and was able to save the client time as well.
