Q. While remotly controlling my computer, I'm InTouch prompted me to update to a newer version. Can I update I'm InTouch during a remote session?

A. We do not recommend updating I'm InTouch while you are remotely connected to a computer. When you start the update, the I'm InTouch program files will close on the host computer in order for the necessary files to be patched. This will also terminate the remote control session that you are running. As a result, it is recommended that you only update I'm InTouch when you are physically at the host computer.
