I'm InTouch user feedback:

We recently asked you what you were looking for in I'm InTouch, and here's a sampling of what you had to say:

I want to use I'm InTouch to check in on my child from time to time. I worry about what they might be doing on the Internet.

I want I'm InTouch to let me to draw on my desktop during a remote presentation. This way, I can highlight a feature to the presentation attendees.

I want I'm InTouch to let me track mouse movements of what a remote user is doing on my PC. Otherwise, its hard to see what they are doing!

All three features have now been introduced to I'm InTouch. Please continue to write to us and tell us what you want to see in I'm InTouch!

Family keeps in touch while Europe-trotting:

I wanted you to know how convenient I'm InTouch is for communicating with a computer newbie. My son and I recently went on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Europe. I brought my laptop along since I knew we would have Internet access at every hotel. I used I'm InTouch to setup a video call between Europe and our home in Texas. Since my wife didn't know how to set it up from her end, I was able to set it up for her.

I used I'm InTouch to remote control her PC and actually initiate the call from her end and then answer it in Europe. It worked flawlessly and we were able to
see our family back home and they saw how we were looking after a rough week on the go.
