Step One
- Install I'm InTouch on the PC you want to access.

Step Two - Install I'm InTouch Messenger on your BlackBerry.

Step Three - Now an I'm InTouch Messenger icon will appear on your BlackBerry. When you click on this icon you will be connected directly back to your desktop PC and have access to all your files to view and / or send as an email attachment. The email is composed on your BlackBerry; however the file and the email is sent from your Outlook on your PC, which means your email log is always up to date, eliminating problems associated with synchronization.
