Frank Biamonte of E-COM Accounting Solutions in Richmond Hill, Ontario Frank uses I'm InTouch to support his customers. "I'm InTouch saves our customers money and helps us maintain our productivity. We use it for on-line remote support and find it extremely easy to use. At E-COM we pride ourselves in the support we provide to our customers. It is what differentiates us. This is a perfect tool to assist us in solving our customers' problems instantly, thereby helping us maintain a high level of customer satisfaction."
"Save time and money while providing better level of customer training and service" Jane Giggal, President of Oneir Solutions Inc. Historically, giving
a demonstration or training a customer to use our Point Of Sale
solution was an expensive and time consuming experience. We
would have to fly all over North
America carrying laptops and presentation materials and
when it came to customer training we were sometimes looking at
multiple trips. That all changed when we discovered I'm InTouch. I'm InTouch
allows us to give presentations instantly online. When a potential
customer asks to see a demonstration, instead of a call to the
airlines we tell them to login to one of our demo PCs using I'm
InTouch. The bottom
line with I'm InTouch, we
have been able to save time and money while providing a better level
of training and service for our customers. We look forward to
upgrading to the new I'm
InTouch Corporate Server Edition. "Enjoy the convenience of working from anywhere" Greg Barrett, Technical Support Manager, Edwards Systems Technology “I'm a manager of a 24/7 technical call center. Our team also works directly with our IT department to maintain our phone, IVR, and case tracking systems. Our company offers remote access to common applications such as email but the systems I am responsible for are not web enabled and cannot be directly accessed through our firewall. I can use I’m InTouch to access my PC that has the connectivity to the systems I need to manage our contact center from home in emergency situations. The software installed easily and I was able to access my PC on my first attempt.”
