PC connected to the Internet. You can remotely connect to your distant PC
using any PC or wireless device connected to the Internet.

InTouch?

Using any PC or wireless device with an Internet connection, you can
easily access your home or office PC. You can then:
- Run desktop programs from a PC or Pocket PC
- Access and view files
- Print remote documents to your local printer
- Transfer files between PC's
- Manage contact and calendar information
- Manage Outlook email
- Invite guest users to your computer to conduct online meetings and presentations
- Set up receipt of wireless notification for any new emails received
- Monitor your child's computer and Internet activities
- Set up remote conferencing by inviting guests to your PC
- Provide remote tech support to customers

What are the system requirements for I’m
InTouch?

The system requirements for the computer that I’m In Touch will be installed on are:
- Windows 98 Second Edition, 2000 Professional,
ME, XP, 2003 Server, Vista
- Minimum Pentium 233 with 32 MB of RAM
- 30MB free disk space
- Internet Explorer 5.5 or later; Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or later
- Support for POP3 or Exchange Mail servers (IMAP not supported)
- "Always On" Internet connection (e.g. cable modem, DSL, ISDN, T1, or LAN)
- Outlook Express 5.0+, Outlook 2000+, or Windows Mail email client with Email Services Options as Corporate or Workgroup

What are the devices I can use to access my remote
PC?

You can use any PC or wireless device that has an Internet browser, and
that is connected to the Internet. There is no need for additional
software on this remote device.
Note - An I’m InTouch Messenger is available to RIM
BlackBerry users for enhanced performance..

How many monitors does I'm InTouch support?
|
| |
I'm InTouch supports an "unlimited" number of monitors on the host PC. Currently, I'm InTouch does not support multiple monitors connected to the client PC. You cannot view multiple monitors from the Java applet viewer.
