My DesktopThe My Desktop feature of I’m InTouch allows a remote user to view and run any application that is resident on their computer at the office. Commonly referred to as remote control functionality or screen sharing, when the user successfully authenticates and logs into the I’m InTouch remote access system, a window opens on their local PC that provides a complete view of their office PC, including all the applications, files and networked drives. The user can interact in real time with their computer over the Internet from anywhere in the world as if they were sitting in front of it.
